Team
Mr. Dorfman co-founded Dorfman Yarger Partners (DYP) and serves as Principal, leading strategic vision and operational success. He identifies and secures prime investment opportunities aligned with growth objectives, conducting market research, financial analysis, and due diligence. With prior roles at Township Capital, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, and J.P. Morgan, he brings expertise in investment origination and market research. Mr. Dorfman holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from Pitzer College, one of the five Claremont Colleges, and was a four-year collegiate athlete in baseball.
Mr. Yarger co-founded Dorfman Yarger Partners (“DYP”) and serves as Principal, focusing on relationship-building and deal negotiations with investors and developers. He oversees asset management and internal operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic goal achievement. Previously at Township Capital, he co-led a $4 billion portfolio acquisition across Student Housing, Multifamily, and Industrial sectors. Mr. Yarger holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Michigan State University.
